Originally we created a theme for the school in 2017 for there IT department to manage. Following that initial contact, the school came back to us in 2018 to take over the hosting of the OLOL Primary school website. They also asked us to have a look at simplifying the WordPress backend (CMS). The backend of the website was using multiple page builders and was quite difficult to navigate around.
We stripped all the unwanted WordPress page builders from the website, kept one version that OLOL Primary School could use to do everything they needed to achieve. Then we re-skinned the entire site (over 70 pages) using the new page builder and re-formatted some of the pages to simplify user interaction.
We also created a guide for the school to follow on how to use WordPress and the new functions. This made the user process even easier.
